Firestone Complete Auto Care

Started driving and had a tire pressure issue. Came to this location and they were able to tell me the issue immediately, even if they couldn't patch my tire right away. I was able to get my tire filled for no charge and be on my way until I could come back to get this patched. I was even able to get a patch done as a walk-in! Amaz9ng service, will definitely come back and recommend to others!

I would rate this shop 0 stars if could. I am beyond disappointed with this place. They quoted me a $1,300 repair and had my car for 4 days, then I went somewhere else, and it was done in one day for just $160... This place is trying to rob you. To top it off, the blonde manager was not only dismissive, but downright hostile and super unhelpful. I called and spoke with someone to see if I would be charged to have my car looked at and they told me no and as I was being helped when I got there I asked the man if I was going to be charged again he said no then when I arrived to pick up my car that sat at their shop for 4 days they charged me 155 dollars though I was told 3 times they were not going to charge me. I also was given a “district managers number” named Jaison and I called 3 times and left a voicemail on Monday it is now Thursday and I have not heard anything back.I have never been treated so poorly, and I will make sure no one I know steps foot in this place. Absolutely unacceptable I am disgusted with my treatment and the way this shop tries to scam people. I would HIGHLY recommend Preston automotive in Harrison township, they do not lie to you or try to make u pay thousan

I have been taking my cars to Firestone for over 30 years, in 4 states. While I have always been very happen with the quality of service, your Fitchburg location has an amazing staff! The level of professionalism is unmatched. You are blessed to have Janelle, Jeff, Nick and all of the staff at this location.

I rolled into their parking lot AS I was losing the last bit of air in my tire, hoping with every ounce of my being they'd be able to put the spare on my massive Transit-350 van. They were wildly busy; phone ringing off the hook, one person working the front. They still managed to get me out of there lickety split. Huge thank you to Janelle and the guys who got my dog-van back on the streets. Y'all are the true heros of the day!

This is the place to go if you want the headache free auto care experience. Yes, it is slightly more pricey than most places but the 10% extra I pay is well worth the transparency, the quality guarantee and the level of service you get from not only the staff, but the manager, she is the absolute best I've encountered in auto garage customer service. Give this place a shot, be patient with their process and understand for auto work to be this top notch, things take time. You won't be disappointed by what they have to offer.
